Not quite ready for 75 Hard? Let’s start softer—but still effective. This challenge is all about resetting your mind and body with sustainable, healthy habits.
The Rules:
🚫 No alcohol
🚫 No fast food
🚫 No soda or sugary drinks
💪 10-15 min of daily stretching or yoga
🏃♀️ 25-45 min of cardio daily (walk, run, dance—just move!)
🧘♀️ 5-10 min of meditation or journaling daily
📖 Read or listen to an educational podcast daily
